Standard delivery

I provide free standard shipping anywhere in Australia. Your items will be delivered within 5 business days anywhere in Australia. We use Australia post with tracking. Please allow 2 - 4 business days for metropolitan areas and 3 - 5 working for regional areas. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Express delivery

Need it quick, then express is for you, this is a flat rate of $10 to any location in Australia. Please allow 1 business day for metropolitan areas and 2 business days for regional areas. 

International delivery

I use Fedex for all international deliveries. Delivery ranges from $50 - $100. If your country is not listed shoot me an email and I can get you a quote. Each country has its own customs and duties laws.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Thank you. 

Returns

Please contact via email to discuss any issues with your order once received. 

If an item is deemed faulty it will need to be sent back to us via registered post to ensure delivery. We will not be held responsible if a piece is lost in the mail. Thank you. 

Payment

Shopify has integrated e-commerce with Stripe/PayPal/Google which covers all ways to pay. 

Privacy Policy

We are committed to treating your information with the utmost confidentiality. Any personal information collected for processing orders will treated with the highest regard. 

When ordering jewellery your email will be noted and receipts sent to it. We will only hold the information need to fulfill your order. No information will be passed onto third party companies.
