HOW LONG WILL MY MADE TO ORDER PIECE TAKE?

Rings ordered off the site are made to order with your size, please note that pieces take 2-3 weeks to make. Pendants are a little simpler, some even will be in stock. If you need your order by a specific date, please let me know before you order and I will work with you to make it happen. 

STANDARD DELIVERY

I ship orders twice a week.
I provide free standard shipping anywhere in Australia.
We use Australia Post with tracking. 
Please allow 2-4 business days for metropolitan areas and 3-5 working for regional areas. 

EXPRESS DELIVERY

If you need it fast, then express delivery is for you! This is a flat rate of $10 to any location in Australia. Please allow 1 business day for metropolitan areas and 2 business days for regional areas. 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

I use Fedex/Australia Post for all international deliveries, which is insured. Delivery cost ranges from $50 - $100. If your country is not listed, pop through an email and I’ll get you a quote. Each country has its own customs and duties laws and duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS

Please contact via email to discuss any issues with your order once received. 
If an item is deemed faulty it will need to be sent back to us via registered post to ensure delivery. We will not be held responsible if a piece is lost in the mail. 

PAYMENT

For in-stock and made to order pieces, I offer Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay and AfterPay.

For custom pieces, once you’ve accepted your quote, you’ll be required to pay a 50% deposit, with the balance invoiced upon completion.

PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to treating your information with the utmost confidentiality. Any personal information collected for processing orders will be treated with the highest regard. 
When ordering jewellery, your email will be noted and receipts sent to it. We will only hold the information we need to fulfil your order. 
No information will be passed onto third party companies.
