Care & Sizing
FINDING YOUR RING SIZE
Your ring should fit your finger comfortably; snug enough to not fall off, but loose enough to slide over your knuckle. Measure your finger first thing in the morning and please remember that hot weather can cause swelling.
If you are unsure of your ring size, I do free ring sizing from the Studio in Melbourne. Please contact me to arrange an appointment.
If you're not local but have a Jeweller nearby, please get sized there. This is the most accurate way to know your size
Otherwise, you can grab a ring sizer from the shop. When you are ordering choose custom and pop in the details.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY
All metals will tarnish over time and with wear, and sterling silver does this faster than most. If your jewellery needs a clean and polish, let me know and I'll be happy to discuss options.
As a general rule, I like to see any pieces with set stones periodically, to check the setting. No one wants to lose a gemstone.
Pieces that have engraving that have been blackened in the letters and lines (relief). Over time, this can wear off and if you would like the piece to be touched up, please send an email and I'll work out a fix.
Any jewellery with pearls, emeralds, opals and other ‘softer’ stones should be treated with a little extra TLC.
No perfume, and when you are not wearing the pieces and place them back in the box.
